Making my blood boil

I finally watched Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11. Even if only a quarter of the film is true, Dubya and company should be tossed in jail for a very, very long time. I don't know how enlightened Americans can tolerate having such a fatuous, uncaring windbag as a leader. Not that Canada's leader is any prize, mind you, but there has been far less bloodshed as a result of Harper's command. I guess Harper isn't much of a businessman.

I think many of us, myself included, are lazy. Why else allow this guy to continue in office?

i was trying to get a right wing american acquaintance of mine to watch any of michael moore's films and he absolutely refused. there are a few that won't even listen to what the other side has to say.

Americans, especially the middle-class and wealthy seem to think that socialized ANYTHING is godless communism.
Michael Moore is a satirist. Many of the folks who watch his films fail to get that. These are not PBS docs. He is lampooning the economic and political systems that drive the country. Heck, even Star Wars does that!

Bush and his scum-sucking cronies traffic in fear and hatred: fear of terrorism, fear of gay marriage, and hatred of anything different.

They wave the flag, thump the Bible, while screwing average Americans to the wall. It sickens how successful these pigs were and it makes me wonder if I still want to live in this country much longer.

So how are things in Canada...?
